Sometimes a hot bowl of soup is more than just a lunch. Companionship, spiritual growth, human dignity – the simple chance to be welcomed into a warm room to share a meal with friends. At St. Ann’s Kitchen these things have far more meaning than the simple ingredients that go into the soup. For more than a decade St. Ann’s Kitchen has served Friday afternoon lunches to the homeless and lonely in Great Falls. It’s a part of the ministry of St. Ann’s Cathedral; the diocesan center of Catholicism in Cascade County, served from a humble kitchen in the Heisey Community Center just off 7th Street North.
